A Love Story Across Continents
In 1968 our Dad Tom, was stationed in Thailand during the Vietnam War, which is where he met our Mom Toi - they fell in love, got married and shortly thereafter moved to Seattle to raise our family.
Our Mom began to miss the flavors from back home - but with no Thai products available at the time– she had to get busy and created her own with some old family recipes. - Thaifusions was born.
The Seed of Innovation
In an era when Thai ingredients whispered of exotic lands and were scarce in Seattle, Toi began weaving her culinary magic. She hosted dinners that dazzled, turning necessity into the mother of invention with flavors that laid the groundwork for Thaifusions. Her creations transcended the unfamiliar, turning Thai cuisine into a sought-after treasure at school auctions, long before the city's first Thai restaurant opened its doors.

Our family restaurant, named “Toi” after our matriarch, became a beacon of Thai flavors in Seattle. Sharing her recipes and culinary wisdom, Toi wasn't just our inspiration; she was the heart of our success. Recognition in Bon Appetit and Travel and Leisure magazines affirmed what we always knew: Our mom's culinary artistry was unmatched.

Pacific NW Embraces Thaifusions
Our venture into retail was met with enthusiasm across the Pacific Northwest. Thaifusions graced shelves, offering home cooks the chance to explore authentic Thai cuisine with our all-natural sauces, turning everyday meals into culinary adventures.
Partnership with Williams-Sonoma
Our collaboration with Williams-Sonoma marked a significant milestone, bringing a co-branded line of Thai sauces to food enthusiasts nationwide. This partnership was a testament to our shared commitment to quality, flavor, and the joy of cooking.
Chobani Incubator
Being selected for the Chobani Incubator was a proud moment for Thaifusions, recognizing our potential among an elite group of food and beverage startups. This opportunity underscored our mission to bring better, more authentic food to tables everywhere.
Eastward Expansion
Thaifusions stretched its wings further, making its mark on the East Coast through a strategic partnership in Massachusetts. This expansion was a leap forward in our journey, bringing our cherished Thai sauces to even more families and kitchens across the country.
